  • Beetroot : 3
  • Olive Oil : 4 tbs
  • Chicken Stock Cube : 1
  • Water : 6 cups
  • Potatoes : 3
  • Cannellini Beans : 1 can
  • Dill : Garnish

Beetroot Soup (Borscht)

Instructions

Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins. Add the other ingredients and boil until soft. Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins. Serve in the soup pot.
